Miss America was on about a week ago now, and Caressa Cameron (Virginia) was crowned Miss America 2010. MA 2009 was Katie Stam of Indiana - my personal favorite of last year's girls. TLC had a show for the last two MA pageants called "Miss America; Countdown to the Crown" that was a lot of fun to watch and it helped you to get to know the contestants before the pageant. I was disappointed that it wasn't on this year :( Yeah that's pretty much the point of this section of this blog. I want that show back on. Katie Stam was the best!
Any more news on the Gosselins? I haven't heard much. I miss the old days of the show when they lived in the little house and spent time together and were actually somewhat happy. I don't know what's up with the possibility of Kate getting her own show but I really don't know if that's a good idea for her and the kids. Oh yeah, I tried out that Monkey Munch recipe that has been on the show and it's suuuuuuuuuuuuuper good. Miss America wouldn't be able to have any though :P. (That's Hannah Gosselin below)
News on the web is that there's another Star Trek in the making, aiming for release in 2012. My whole family really liked the first, so hopefully the next won't disappoint. I'm a Zoe Saldana fan myself so I'm looking forward to it.
