Tangled!

Alrighty, so I just found out today that Disney's "Rapunzel"/"Rapunzel: Unbraided" has been renamed "Tangled". Above is a new bit of artwork from the movie. The problem I have with the 3D is that it looks similar to the Barbie Rapunzel. But I'm sure it will be better.

I found some cool history stuff a few minutes ago. First link : Marian Anderson. The first "black" woman to sing in a leading role for the Metropolitan Opera. And I found a video of her singing.

Here's another one. Belle Boyd, a spy during the Civil War. She was arrested and (I believe) thrown in jail three times.

20th post! and some of my favorite videos!

Good morning/afternoon/night/sleepytime/whatever time it is where you are!
Above is a photo of my future home :) I wanted to share some 0f my favorite videos with you! Don't you feel loved? You should! Alrighty then, here they are.

- This first video is just about the coolest/cutest video ever. I want to be like that when I'm old! The music is lovely as well.

- This is one of my favorite commercials. I think everyone should be that happy!

- Another lovely little commercial that aired during 2008 I believe. But I think it's very sweet.

- Oh and here are two Clorox commercials with really good music and very imaginative. Pirates & Mermaids.

- Here is one of several Ocean Spray Cranberry commercials. I love the younger guy. :P

There's another that I haven't been able to track down on youtube but in my defense it was an older commercial that was probably out 2007-2008 ish. But I found a photo of the best part in it! It was advertising businesses and whenever it should have showed the building, it showed a humongous version of what the business sold or manufactured! The cupcake is the best. I want to work there.

Final Frontiers, Gosselins, and Miss America!

Miss America was on about a week ago now, and Caressa Cameron (Virginia) was crowned Miss America 2010. MA 2009 was Katie Stam of Indiana - my personal favorite of last year's girls. TLC had a show for the last two MA pageants called "Miss America; Countdown to the Crown" that was a lot of fun to watch and it helped you to get to know the contestants before the pageant. I was disappointed that it wasn't on this year :( Yeah that's pretty much the point of this section of this blog. I want that show back on. Katie Stam was the best!

Any more news on the Gosselins? I haven't heard much. I miss the old days of the show when they lived in the little house and spent time together and were actually somewhat happy. I don't know what's up with the possibility of Kate getting her own show but I really don't know if that's a good idea for her and the kids. Oh yeah, I tried out that Monkey Munch recipe that has been on the show and it's suuuuuuuuuuuuuper good. Miss America wouldn't be able to have any though :P. (That's Hannah Gosselin below)


News on the web is that there's another Star Trek in the making, aiming for release in 2012. My whole family really liked the first, so hopefully the next won't disappoint. I'm a Zoe Saldana fan myself so I'm looking forward to it.
